Writing therapy is a form of expressive therapy that uses the act of writing and processing the written word as therapy. Writing therapy posits that writing one's feelings gradually eases pain and strengthens the immune system. Writing therapeutically can take place individually or in a group. Also,it can be administered in person with a therapist or remotely through mailing or the Internet.

I am for writing therapy because in a way you are trying to face the problem. I will free write my problems as questions and thoughts concerning my personal problem. Most of ther time at the end of the piece I always find the answers I need. You are a creative person and like me are searching for answers. The last two sentences is another way to find the answers. Excellent thought. Thoughts please. pljames
