I would like to find some info on a particular type of personality inventory, but I don't know what it is called. I only know the type of questions used. The test involves a series of questions requiring the tester to pick one of two responses that best describes their personality.

Example question:

Choose one of the following which best describes you.

You are more likely to notice
A. The meal you ordered was delivered incorrectly
B. Your good friend changed the color of their shoe laces

What is this type of question called? On what type of personality test would one find this type of question?
