i dunno, well i cant say, but though im over the worst, on and off i feel disconnected from myself, everything around me i have a sense of estrangement with, like nothing seems real, feel estrangement with things very close to me.. its gone away today and yesterday, and im gaining connection with myself again more than before, its gone away tho...im recovering alot apart from those days, i cant explain what i mean by trigger, its ok, cos i dont want to get picked on cos im vulnerable...i just wish things would be ok, again...

worried about college work, was working nonstop but have lost all my material, its making things hard esp. motivation, as was doing well...the topic im writing on is difficult to say something original about because theres alot of material on it, had loads written, have lost it, been writing it over the weeks.

my counsellor has been very kind to me, he's helped me reconnect with parts of myself, cope better, overcome alot, and made me feel very safe, i miss his help though, haven't been there in a few weeks

A trigger generally means a circumstance that preceeds the unwanted behavior, such as eating will initiate a desire to smoke, or a movie scene might cause a ptsd flashback. Identifying your triggers is a way to help you steer clear of you problems.
If someone you know is creating a trigger for you, then that person must be dealt with, hopefully in a way that eases friction rather than creates more.

ok thanks, can just avoid triggers as opposed to deal with them, cancels them out
