MY AMYGDALA IS STUCK ON. NEED HELP!! PLEASE REPLY

What is the best way to recondition it to the off position? I can also feel it. In the form of pressure between my eyes. It is the result of repetitive obsessive stressing which in turn caused a major panic attack. This event caused a panic cycle that has lasted for 3 months. Though the cycle has slowed down as I have adapted to it. I really need some suggestions. Questions are below. Thanks.

Will it ever turn off on its own?

How can I recondition it to reset to normal?

What should I expect with this condition?

Techniques that help ease symptoms?

I can't answer your questions, but until someone can, consider this.
You probably already searched the web. I found 'Amygdala Damage' a woman, SM, who knows no fear.
The amygdala reacts to perceptions and to 'believed thought images'; even to false, subliminal ones.
If your amygda is 'stuck', approach your images as the sourse of the reaction. Easier said then done? Just knowing internal images may be the sourse will influence .
Did you ever try bio feed back? Involuntary reactions can be influenced just by 'thinking'. It's a great relaxation 'tool'. I understand specific brain cells can be influenced via bio feed back, try it on your amygdala.
