my father's schizoid because of telly

he's got AIDS, he freezes, he smokes all day. the dog looses his individuality. 200Euro per month on cans of beer as selfmedication. dependant on his mum's health insurance. no tax. just a pain in the arse for everyone. remained a little son. unemployed for 20 years. lives on life-insurance. burned-up.  He steals. steals and steals. The prejustice against the polish is underestimated regdring him. what can I do?
