Ouroborus

How do 'you' think of 'evolution'? I think of it as a "Global Principle" like  the "Principle of Gravity".
Have you ever seen photos or video of evolving  fetus? From zygote to embryo to fetus to baby?  Eons of evolution is replicated in a few months.
Does the "Principle of Evolution" abandon us after birth and caregivers take over? Our body continues to grow (evolve) to maturity.
Consider this, suppose 'evolution' takes the 'form' of thinking and consciousness. That would make us the 'vangard' of evolution. (The environmentalists will like and understand this.)
We 'are' the 'instruments' of continuing evolution. We are 'hurting' the earth, and at times we 'hurt' ourselves via thought and consciousness.
Ouroborus, the snake swallowing it's tail. (How far?)

The placebo effect 'works' when we DON'T RECOGNIZE we BELIEVE a thought. ( In any other context also.) What 'happens' when we DO recognize believing a thought is thought?
I've been proposing that we do in fact 'have' a innate perspective from where we 'can' recognize thought BEFORE believing and reacting to them.
We have a brain that 'thinks', 'produces' or 'transduces' thoughts. When we don't recognize or realize that, higher "perspective", that's analogous to pre-menstrual young girls who don't know what's coming.

It is called forethought. Thinking about what you are going to do before you do it or what you think not before you think it. That would be impossible, but about what you are thinking. Thinking about thinking about thinking. What do I think? Why do I think that. Why do I think I think that. Etc! Careful. Second quessing can come into play and that can influence confidence.

Also there is a difference between matureing and evolveing. Matureing is becoming the person you are genitically meant to be from your parents DNA. Evolveing is when a gene mutates or a trait is superiour to another trait and it becomes inherant. In other words it is passed down. This can be a color or size. A physicial or mental advantage in some way. How this works is still debateable. High breed plants and animals are a controlled example of this. Much information about highbreedization has been lost. How the different breeds of animals came about is only partially understood. As well some of the methods used to achieve it would be considered animal crulity today. Evolution does happen. It is not responsible for creation of life. It takes life to make life. It is possible that some very basic life forms arrived on this planet some how. How is also debateable. Asteriods or aliens? Comets or God who knows. Scientists have tried to create life from base elements for a long time and have claimed to have done it. When the experiment was examined it was found that they added something that was alive in some way. I doubt they will ever succeed.

The biggest problem with science I see is that humans take whatever advancement they achieve and try to use it to make a weapon out of it or make money from it. Instaed of saying how can this be used to help people or further the cause of humans in general.
Time is all we really have.

We do not own the earth. We are borrowing it from our children.

Is that what you really think?

How many ignorant people does it take to destroy a planet?
