If outside stimuli is known or unknown why do we let our Thoughts like belief emotions control us? Why can't we understand and control them? pljames

do you have the answer to your opening questions?
The so-called miraculous powers of a great master are a natural accompaniment to his exact understanding of subtle laws that operate in the inner cosmos of consciousness.

As I understand it we either control the stimuli or it controls us. In my case it seems to always control me. Even tho I understand order I sometimes react to disorder/chaos. How can I control it and it not me? What am I doing wrong? pljames

SWM,
Why do we accept negative thinking? Why should I complain "why was I born I didn't ask for it"? The basis of that question is I do not want to be responsible for living in a responsible world? I cannot change reality or what I do not like so I have to accept it or live within a delusion of my on making? pl
