Riding's Cognitive Styles Analysis test

I am trying to find out how to get Riding's Cognitive Styles Analysis test. CSA is a computerized test developed by R. Riding from University of Birmingham. 

Can any body tell me where to get CSA? I want to use it for my research hence ready to either get it for free or by paying the cost.

Psychological tests are often not made public to ensure test security.
