ayush.agrawal:  depression; inferiority complex; "not as sharp as i could have been".  These three are 'thought based' or pyschological.
Idiopathic General Epilepsy; memory loss;  weight issues; these appear physical based.
I write about "effects of believed false thoughts'. Read some of my articles, and if they appeal to you , we can talk about that approach.

would you agree that your emotions are the result of what you think about and what you pay attention too?

if so, what are you thinking about and what do you pay attention to that results in you feeling down?

when i say "what you think about" i really mean cognition's which include memories of the past and the imagined future along with the the stories that we tell ourselves.

The so-called miraculous powers of a great master are a natural accompaniment to his exact understanding of subtle laws that operate in the inner cosmos of consciousness.
