For those psychologists out there that are familiar with nonlinear approaches, you will find this conference interesting. For those unfamiliar with the nonlinear paradigm, The Society for Chaos Theory in Psychology and Life Sciences (www.societyforchaostheory.org) will undoubtedly add an exciting new twist to your research and practices! We are a non-profit society, devoted to bringing together academics and thinkers to share nonlinear methodologies and concepts. We are always looking for new members to share ideas with.

You can find more information at the conference website here: http://www.societyforchaostheory.org/insc/2010/

1999 called, they want their website back.

it must have took you quite some work to build a site that looks that looks so dated? :P

hi welcome.

we dont usually abuse our members in their first thread but i am breaking the tradition for this one.
The so-called miraculous powers of a great master are a natural accompaniment to his exact understanding of subtle laws that operate in the inner cosmos of consciousness.

Haha, I suppose I should feel privileged then. After the 'welcome abuse', it can only get better right? :)

I'd like to claim that the site is purposefully retro in design, but I would be lying. Besides, I didn't design it. We have been around as a society since 1991 (and the site not long after that apparently). I guess the implication of this thread is that we need a re-design, although I seem to recall someone telling me something about a book and its cover :P
