The average people

Hello,

I have searchef for something similar,and did not find so I started the thread and I have a dilemma :
I don't like average people because I think they are too superficial. They like to party lot,drink a lot,smoke stupid thinks a lot,they like girls that are ... hmm not ugly,but they dress in a very sexual manner and have a high bitch shield. Is like they don't have values.

I too like these things,but in a moderately way.The problem is.. I don't seem to find any friend that is like me,or am I and old fashion and should open up ?
I'm not a noble person,but I do think there is much more to see in cities like Amsterdam and Prague than drugs and sluts(excuse my language,also this is what a friend told me when he returned from Prague).

What is your opinion ?

Modern culture is what it is. Many people today are caught up in the whole party atmosphere. This is because the people who are really controlling the world want to keep them stupid and controlled. The images that are put out in the media are designed to use socialization and peer pressure to say be criminal and get drunk etc. so that many people have criminal records or are addicted to drugs or alcohol. This keeps them from voting and gives the man power over them. It is also part of the attempt to kill off the "inferiour" people. Thru Aids and other STD's or poisoning themselves with drugs and alcohol.

I used to be part of the party scene. I realized it was a loseing game. Designed to either put me in jail or at least take all my money. So I quit and started pursueing intellect. Also with all the STD's today. Being selective with you partners is a good thing. Peace

People are who they want to be.  I'm sardonic as hell when it comes to the whole modernity thing going on.  American Idol, bed post notches in the 100s, etc.  I guess I'm not so cynical in this outlook as I am saddened.  We have this amazing thing, our brain, which is capable of so many, many virtuous, wondrous things, and there's actually an audience for a show called Swamp Loggers.  And Jesus wept and my tears inundated his and they cascaded off the Earth.  Hmmm.  Brings back fond memories of lounging in lawn chairs on the Manitoba Peninsula.  Errr, sorry.  The fact that such plasticity has become apparent to you should goad you in your works and deeds to strive to transcend them.  Don't look down on others with malice, they value every fraction of every second of their lives as you do.  Play your part in breaking the plates and shattering the molds of the current trend.  Was it Lao Tze who said that a small ripple can become a wave?  No, it wasn't.  I don't know who the hell said that, but it's true enough.

Oh yes, as you know I try never to judge others or to feel superiour. I feel sorry for those who are trapped in this world and can't see it for what it really is. I strive to bring peace and knowledge when ever possible. I see that this world is forcing people to choose. It is forcing them to be either totally asleep or to wake up. To fight the tide that is killing them. Or to slip beneath the surface and surrender.
