This What You Looking For ?

What does a iceberg  and Brownian Motion have in common? They both have a observed and unobserved portion.
Do you accept the notion that 'believed thoughts' cause/trigger emotions?  Even at those times when the thoughts are 'below the surface', unobserved, subliminal?
When emoting, ask; "What subliminal thought is believed/active right now?" When you ask that question the emotion will subside or even stop.
( You MUST experience that for yourself in order to believe the following.) In order for the emotion to subside or stop you must have affected the thought causing the emotion even though the thoughts are subliminal. You 'can' affect the quality of thoughts 'before' reacting to them.

In 1827, Robert Brown 'recognized' the molecular level, henceforth,"how" was that information utilized? Analogously, in our skull, out of sight, there is "thinking PROCESS" going on;
'how' we utilize 'that' information? Just as Brown was familar with 'matter' BEFORE recognizing molecular level, we are familar with thoughts in awareness. The thinking PROCESS  occurs 'before' thoughts 'surface', where they are acknowledged/observed.
How do we intervene at the PROCESS level, now that we recognize what is unobservable but going on, whether molecules or brain cells, synapses?
Are 'thoughts' a useable commodity?  Only if recognized as such, otherwise their autonomously 'in charge'.  The tail wagging the dog.
