Well, here's an interesting one...

Now, one part of the following dream can be attributed to my having watched too much of "BONES" yesterday: David Boreanaz's presence.  ::) Or at least, someone resembling him. He will be referred to by a variety of names, because no one ever used a name for him in the dream.
Anyhow.

So, I'm not entirely sure of my role in the house ... relative, roommate, what. Anyway, Undefined Acquaintance who has decided to look like Seeley Booth is expecting his girlfriend over, but the place is a pit so I'm secretly cleaning it up a bit for him while he's in the other room - bagging up garbage, quietly shoving silverware in the dishwasher. There's leftover packaging from chicken or something in the trash, because it stinks. Also a cereal box - makes it hard to bag up (and a whole green apple, now that I think of it, but that wasn't weird at the time  ???  :D ).
Guess he's had more than one girlfriend recently or I haven't seen him in a while, because I'm not quite sure who she is - though I have a mental image of who I *think* she is. Nonetheless, she's a girl and the place should look somewhat livable when she gets there.  :P
I've gotten the place somewhat respectable, and David Boreanaz's Doppelganger mentions that it's sort of late and she hasn't shown up. He asks if I could walk over to her place and see what she's up to - apparently it's a ways there, because he offers me money to go.  :D I say no, that's okay, but I think I finally accept the money when he lowers the amount. After all I ain't rich, even in my dreams. ;)
I leave the house, then realize I haven't confirmed with him *who* he's expecting. I go back in and ask, "Okay, wait, where'd you want me to go again?"
He says "Mia," which in a spectacularly un-creative move on my mind's part ends up making me both right and wrong, and right again: The girlfriend I was picturing (I realize to some degree even in the dream) is the actress who happened to play a character called "Mia" on ... Two and a Half Men, I think? The girl he's talking about now, as the picture forms in my mind, looks a great deal like "Mia" from Just Shoot Me (hm, ironic title) - though also a little like Brooke Shields. :P
Anyhow, I leave rather abruptly, feeling very stressed, because, oh, right - *that* person I now recall having chopped up into pieces and BURIED IN THE YARD.
Yeeeah.
Motive unknown.
My thoughts as I leave:
"Hm ... how can I explain that she's not going to show up, without getting caught?"
"Should I just go there and pretend she wasn't there or couldn't come?"
"How long before people start looking for her now?"
"I tidied the place up for nothing :( "

Naturally, I was a bit out-of-sorts when I woke up.  :-\
And no, I do not know anyone named Mia.  ;)
