Homework question?
The so-called miraculous powers of a great master are a natural accompaniment to his exact understanding of subtle laws that operate in the inner cosmos of consciousness.

there are different styles of leadership and management. leading a team well might depened on what the team is supposed to be doing.

a group of soldiers would require different leadership skills to a team of creative sales people.

what do you know about leadership so far?

Fakum, Here are a few ideas based on transformational leadership.

The experience of transformation.

An interest in teaching . Teaching is one job that has taken so many blows as in "Those that can do and those that can't teach" HUGE LIE!

Love your subject. passion

The realization that you have something to offer through your own experience of the subject.

These are a few things that come up when I think of leadership and not just being an informant.

Then there is always an excellent speaking voice. The ability to work with all kinds of people/personalities.

Know your audience. Be able to remember what it was like when you were not transformed. You will have to know your audiences needs. Just try not to exploit them HA HA HA!
