What is psychology?
« on: June 14, 2008, 12:40:14 PM »
Psychology is an academic and applied discipline involving the analytic and scientific study of mental processes and behavior.. Psychology is also referred to the application of such knowledge to various spheres of human activity including issues related to daily life—e.g. family, education, and work—and the treatment of mental health problems. Psychology is just an attempt to understand the role these functions play in social behavior and in social dynamics, while incorporating the underlying physiological and neurological processes into its conceptions of mental functioning.

The prefix "psyche" refers to "Self, Soul, and MIND, which are all Esoteric dimensions of Man.  To study a person's Psychology, one must study the Esoteric dimensions of a person, and one can ONLY do that via ones own Esoteric realms via ones intuition [via DEC or Direct Esoteric Communication] or Empathetic Understanding.  Of course one can imagine one is studying the oxymoron "behavioral psychology" by use of ones brain, since ones MIND will feed Delusional Thinking to the Left-Hemisphere of ones brain that causes one to think that one can "think" ones way to Psychology.  But such thinking is Delusional Thinking. I wonder how one studies "mental processes" [which are not physical nor capable of being perceived by the brain or physical senses]?   This question is based on the fact the MIND is not physical, but is composed to two halves: The lower MIND is composed of the Astral region of Creation, and the higher MIND is composed of the energy of the Astral region of Creation, and neither region is part of the physical universe.

Wow, you get right to the heart of the matter.

To answer is a long process, because the origin of the MIND was necessitated by the nature of the primordial Energy of God - Which is Neutral Spiritual Energy, or NSgy [in my opinion, of course, and explained]: http://about-psychology.com/NSgy.html

By the way.... the reason my speaking of Psychology seems to be radically different than what passes for "psychology" today is that I speak of Man and view Man as composed of four simultaneously existing, and yet entirely separate vibrational dimensions, or energy fields.  And all of these dimensions represent the "Whole" of existence.  This is a far cry from the notion that Man can be studied as a physical entity.

In essence, the MIND was attached to the Soul, upon entering the Creation so that the Soul, which is composed of NSgy, could have a way to experience duality, or the Yin and Yang natures of the MIND.  Opposite poles of the MIND, in other words.  Good and bad, up and down, right and wrong, etc.

The form and structure of the MIND was part of the genius of God, or the primordial Energy of Existence.

The mystics tell us there is an Universal MIND, and it is located at the far reaches of the Causal region of Creation just this side of the entrance to the Spiritual dimension of Existence.  This means that the MIND rules over the entire Creation... which is a part from the Spiritual dimension, which is composed of the primordial Energy of Existence.  And I "know" this only because I have read it.  The best book for this is "Path of the Masters" by Julian Johnson. http://about-psychology.com/Bib.html
