Hi
Friends am 26 year old male working as a software engineer & team lead in a small company .
recently i interviewed a girl and recruited her.
I generally look for persons attitude in work since the girls attitude is so promising i took her in my team .
It is just a week since she joined hear .
Today since she didn't complete some of the given task she came to the office (we are in the middle of Christmas holidays) since am her TL and i have to help her technically i came to the office .
We begun working as time went by we also had some chatting she spoke about her family , relatives , collage bla bla bla .. at one point she told me she had a broken love and she nearly went on tears.
she seems pleasing to me.
seems in a shot period of time i had her trust .
or
is she showing her self pleasing just to show herself so good to me .
or
is she trying to flirt with me ..

it is just a week since she joined us . I know in india its not that easy to get someones trust .
i just wanna know whats running on her mind .
Note : she really made me think about her now ..

Inter office romances are very risky. In the US as her supervisor it could be a sexual harassment suit waiting to happen. She could be sincere. I don't know how things work in India. My experience is:
1. Be careful. Don't do anything to mess up your job. Very few girls are worth that. 
2. If you think she is on the level. Take your time and just see where things go. If you are interested and come on to strong. You might scare her off.
3. Make sure she isn't useing you to get back at her old boyfreind. Or to make him jealous. The last thing you need is an old boyfriend showing up at your work causing you trouble.
4. Check out the companies policy about you dateing her? If there isn't one find out how the bosses or owners feel about it. Make it a professional inquiry. As a TL. you need to know. Don't let them know you are interested in her or anyone else until you know where you stand.
5. Be honest. With her and the company. Don't volunter information, but if you get caught lieing? Your reputation is shot.

My experience girls like guys that can make them laugh and are interested in the stuff they are interested in. Any guy can buy them flowers and gifts. They like that don't get me wrong. But to really get them interested you have to know them and what they like. That is when they see a connection. Now here is the real deal. You don't have to really like what they like. Just let her think you do. In a dating releationship most woman still see it as a test to see if the man can meet their needs and be a good provider. Many woman will lean more toward the compatability angle and less toward the money angle if they think there is a connection. Good luck and be sure what you want before you make a commitment.
