I come from culture that has no idea of self presentation. Thus I can give myself excuse and be unable to self present myself. However it is customary when joining a forum to say a word or two about oneself. And there is always area like this that does it. So. Here are we.
I am computer science engineer. Where computers are not a science itself. Thats just how other people like to call it. In my early childhood I detected something wrong with me and even more wrong with people that create world around me. This has lead me to read good deal of books of popular psychology and in some other cases occasional harder stuff - about psychiatry, visited some textbooks and took interest in research too. Apart of that I spent some quality time with people that are professional in the area of psychology, and my daughter also majored in psychology.
This write up so far is getting you on a wrong path. But I provided disclaimer already. My interest apart from personal issues that are connected with psychology have very strong professional element - i have detected quite long time ago that computers do not work properly when humans that use them do not work properly. Getting this idea helped me to fix many problems that deemed unfixable when it comes to computers.
In recent years I got much less technical in my views, and become more humanistic. And I can likely thank to my interest in psychology that I made such move. My interest in this forum is to learn, and to express some collected knowledge, where I find it applicable.
I have diverse interests in edge subjects. Inter-professional communication, mass or social psychology, mind glitches and perception, logic and psychology that form philosophy are some of subjects that make me react. Thus another use of this forum is to monitor myself - ie to be reflective
