Anger vs control?
« on: July 05, 2011, 01:09:39 AM »
I had a anger episode of uncontrolled anger. I gave into external stimuli because circumstances dictated it. I felt the circumstances was hopeless so I entertained the anger. After about ten minutes I regained my composure. I charge this outburst to my staunch moral code of right and wrong. I interjected (judgement in the equation as well). I now see where the mental health community states"we will help you deal with it". I did not want to (deal with it at that time)! This has happened before with me.

I now see from a  former medical point of view and a patients point of view. I also understand that these two views (opinion only) the out of control patient needs immediate help and the out of control but seeking help, can be helped at a slower pace. There are those who can not or will not take control or responsibility for there emotions...I am one of these especially about my anger. Pljames >:(
