Dealing with the problem
« on: December 26, 2011, 03:42:21 PM »
Why do most clients like me (do not want to deal with the problem)? Yet we go seek help to deal with the problem, we do not want to deal with. Most problems I have are emotional. I don't like my emotions because they cause me emotional pain. why can't I just understand why without getting involved emotionally? pljames

Also is it possible for me to step back and view the problem from another point of view. Like the problem relates to my problem but I will not allow the problem to effect me personally but as a person that cares. Is that point of view rational? pljames
