How often does a person with schitzophrenia get cured?

Cured? Almost never. But I'd bet at least a quarter to a half can lead functional lives if they get their medication right and stay on it religiously. Unfortunately do that can lead to diabetes (and tardive dyskenesia for older antipsychotics), but I guess it beats living in that hell.

It depends upon what you mean by "cured".   And it also depends upon what you imagine schizophrenia to be?
The fact is, everyone is schizophrenic to some degree because we are all composed of two simultaneously operating realities, only one of which is physical.
Quite often, particularly when a Soul tends to be Enlightened, there is an ability to access ones Esoteric dimensions, and since modern mental health or BS&bp, is quite lacking in its understanding of Man [the whole of Man] they misconstrue this "ability" and seek to convince a person that they are not experiencing what they are experiencing.
It is perfectly normal to dissociate portions of oneself that ones brain cannot perceive, and thus it creates a separation that does not actually exist.
Voices are often ones own thoughts being dissociated by ones brain, or in some cases, ones MIND, if ones MIND senses that by allowing one to own these voiices, one would awaken to a level of Reality ones MIND [despite its own elevated status] cannot actually perceive.
