How to break your identity?
« on: October 03, 2009, 03:03:38 PM »
Dreams create a way to break your identity through connection with your unconscious mind. Is there any specific way to discover a true perception of your future?

If you believe that dreams can help perceive the future, than you will automatically allocate any dream symbols to situations that happen to you.

For instance lets say you dream that you die and resurrect. A few days later you quit your job and find a new one. You could easily match the death to the end of your job, and the resurrection to the new one. In that way you believe your dream meant what would happen.

The other belief is that dreaming is just trace decay flooding memories of memories you do not need.

You can believe whatever you want and it will always be true to you.

As kontra gave an example... People tend to relate things, that happen to them to other things that are happening around or directly to them, if they believe in it. For example - prophets. Write a poem, hundred years later it is being read by some guy and he relates everything to something, because he believes in it.
Another dude believes in dream future, he dreams of bank robbery, next day he gets a promotion with no real effort and a lot more of money. He relates it...
