I've become tired of mental obsession disorder.It's ruining my life.I need help!

I am 22 and i am always struggling with mental obsession.I have been using medicine for over 3 months but it has had no effect.Please help!

Help.... with what?

What does "mental obsession" mean?
How does your MIND cause you to obsess?  About what?  Sexual thoughts. Thoughts of killing yourself, Thoughts of eating.... what?
In any case, such thoughts are there to help you not deal with the issue, which is something other than the "obsession".
Be a bit more honest and share what is really bothering you, and that in itself will ease the need for the obsession... and for God's sake... stay away from drugs.
