All three of them are related. Since he is used to internet, joining forums(in matters or areas of his interest) would be a good idea. There are better chances of him making friends, not immediately but as time goes on. It will also give another form of outlet and keep his mind on other things or get him interested in other things. There is nothing wrong with masturbation but, whatever that is done excessively can have negative effects. He is doing it virtually whereas others might be doing it non-virtually(with risks involved ). Another alternative would be to join the social media networks like facebook or others(groups that talk about things of interest to him). He is bound to make friends, he might have to take the first step once he finds people who are more compatible with him. Who knows? From virtual friends, they might become real buddies.
Since all these are interrelated, it will help him in all three. Less excessiveness, his body starts to heal(the body does have the power to heal). Exercise would be a good idea to physically exert himself and improve his conditions.
With regards to his career, once he starts to make friends and improve his body conditions, his career will improve(less depression, more focus and better mindset).

If he is interested in psychology, why do not you ask him to join this forum? he can vent his frustrations here he might even be able to console himself after reading some posts and threads

Thanks to both of you for your replies. I will answer to both your concerns. Ofcourse I see he has done masturbation excessively and he is of 44Kg weight now(5.4 feet tall). He have lots of fake friends with whom he talks about sex. Well, but these days as he said me, he try to have nice chats with his friends about interests and culture. He is kind because he never forces anyone to add/remove him from chat list. Two years back he was in love with one a girl who meet him online but before few months he couldnt find her online and he have no way to find her. He sometimes tried to find her details in social sites but couldnt and stops.
Well but thats not a problem now coz he stopped searching her also but desires that she could be his friend for ever.
So far, he was an outstanding student in throughout his study periods and he is a Software Engineer too. So he is in very touch of internet and friends. But he respect his office and loves his job and always try to perform well there too but due to his physical status he is not getting the position that he deserves.
He discussed with me about this last weekend and I told him that i will find help for him.
Well about his plans for improvement:
- He joined health club three months back but he suffered from high fever(Typhoid) after one month so he had to quit as he was hospitalized for few days but he is fine now.
- He have re-joined his office and now he has started to work more efficiently
- He tries to have food on time now, previously he use to ignore the appetite and sometimes he didnt had appetite
- He occasionaly watches porns now and wants to be quit his bad habits
Actually he is in need of a proper guidance, he have very positive attitude and I am sure he will improve very soon if someone suggests him. and yes Being his mate I found him always sequential and sincere. He always learns quick if he finds something in step wise.
He have excellent quantitative and analytical skills. He have ability to grasp skills more quickly. Moreover I consider him as a quick learner.
From my side for help, I have suggested him nothing yet but I really have lots of respect on him coz he has helped me through out my studies and we had meet after around 18 months. Well, 44kg is definitely underweight for 5.4 feet tall. Putting on weight to bring it to normal weight would be important. What about asking him to keep some food or snacks at his office? Maybe, he can take smaller portions at various intervals.  It will help to get his health back in shape. Eating fruits and cereals as snacks would be healthier. But, I gather that he is still young enough. Splurging here and there might not be a problem. Improving his weight problem should be one of his priorities because it affects other aspects of his life as well. As I posted earlier, the fruit juices might help during the initial stages. Fruit and vege  juices would be one way to help him at this stage. The body will absorb this faster. His work will improve with better energy levels. He could prepare them at home and take it to office. So, even if he 'forgets' to eat, he still has some 'food' in the form of liquid.
What about asking him to do very light exercises? Things that he can do on his own without straining himself. Simple breathing exercises or prana, simple meditation would help his physical conditions as well.
Well, it takes time for him to give porn all together if he wants. He has apparently made some improvement by doing so occasionally. With regards to making friends, there are other options. What are his hobbies or interests? If he joins any associations or bodies, he is bound to meet friends, people who share similiar interests. Virtual or otherwise, it is not easy to find a good friend like you

 What about joining and doing some charity work? It is not only because it is a good thing but, helping others does help him as well. Do you get what I mean? He gets a new purpose, better self-esteem, etc...it helps to heal him from within. When he joins a charitable or similiar organization, there are better chances of him meeting better people as well.
With regards to his work, it will improve with his health and well-being. Balancing work, health and past time would be important. If he does not have a hobby or interest, he can always take up one. It is a good way to fill up his time and meet people if he joins any associations.

Thanks for your suggestion Liza...Lets see if he can manage to have snacks at his office or not...I will suggest these to him this weekend. Ofcourse we both are young but he is more intelligent than me. I dont think he will involve himself in some charity as he dont have interests in them. I think reading books and new about new technologies and trying to implement them can be a good suggetion for him. In this way he will keep him engaged. Also he must use computer and internet in presence of supervisor as I saw him more dedicated towards his work. He is favourite employee of his boss and director. He always rank in top 5 employees of his company. Lets wish him all the best to recover soon.

Exactly, he needs food and suppliments for his weight growth. But I want to suggest him a routine for him and i expect same from you all. He works from 9AM to 6PM so he is free from porn activities from 8AM to 7PM as 1 hour is to get ready and to reach the destination. So we need to suggest his routine from 7PM in evening to 8AM in morning when he is not in office and is in home alone.

Is there any association or body that involves discussions or something about new technologies? Maybe, he could join one of those. Apart from 7PM-8AM, he still has his weekends,right? Since he loves reading, what about joining a reading discussion group or anything like that? Or even forums in the internet that discusses such things?Forums in the internet would be a good idea, once he starts, then, it might be easier to get involved in discussions and such.  With regards to supplements, Vitamin B complex and Vitamin C would help. B complex would actually make you feel hungry and he may end up eating more food.  ...that is my experience

I am not an expert as I told you before. SWM is the expert. But, somehow, I do not think that he is suffering from a mental disease, just a passing phase with some pyschological effects(that is what I gather from your description).

I think that forums would be a good idea. Are you worried that he will revert to the porn stuff if he is left alone, that he might get addicted again? Well, if he has made the decision to change,then, he would have more will power, right? Depending on the technologies and books he is interested in, he can join forums. Once he starts discussions on stuff like that, he may spend some time and energy to learn more, etc. That should keep him occupied when he is alone. What about other interests or hobbies? Something that he could work on physically?
And of course, checking on your friend on and off would be a good idea as well. He needs moral support from his friends or loved ones to get over this phase.

Its great to know that its not any kind of mental disease but simply a pshycological effort. I have also asked him to join some forums based on his interests.

Wow. That is truly remarkable progress in a short span of time. You are doing a good job as a friend  . Thanks for informing about his improvements. It is good that he has taken an interest in cooking. It will help him gain weight, more temptation to eat. Since he is doing research and plans to start his own business, it would be a good idea to join online forums related to this. He can exchange ideas and learn about business start ups, etc. With regards to food intake, ask him to mix his favorite juice to give him the boost in energy for his work.
