Not necessarily. OCD has very many aspects.
What if you can't plan your days as you want them, do you get anxious? Do you have to plan them compulsively, so much that it actually prevents you from doing things you have to do during the day (like going to school, or work, or doing housework)?
For instance, a common compulsion (and obsession) is cleanliness and washing hands. These people wash their hands 100 times a day, if not more. They're found so much in the bathroom (or wherever there's a sink) that it actually hurts their lives, because it is so time-consuming.
Very shortly put, what characterizes OCD is that it's time-consuming and that it causes a lot of emotional stress. I could go on about OCD forever, but you might want to read some articles online (on trusted sites such as the UK national charity for people with OCD - ocduk,org).
