paranoid schitzophrenia

Can anyone tell me any more information on this thing called paranoid schizophrenia? From what I understand, it's where you think you're the only person that something bad will happen to.

schizophrenia is a form of psychosis that persist or recurrent over a period of time

Hi ! Paranoia is when you halluzinate, e.g. see things that aren't there!
