If an adolescent is suicidal and has some suicide attempts, but survives, is he guaranteed to have mental health problems as an adult?

I have learned somethings in life.
1. There are no quarantees.
2. Life is very seldom fair.
3. Old habits are hard to break.

As an adolesent I attempted suicide. I am bipolar. I personally believe as with alcoholisms. We have a tendency to return to our old ways. If someone has a mental illness are they ever cured?
Time is all we really have.

We do not own the earth. We are borrowing it from our children.

Is that what you really think?

How many ignorant people does it take to destroy a planet?
