Through Schizophrenia with Freud's childhood wisdom ?

Since a few weeks I am trying to solve my psychosis sickness through freud's wisdoms regarding human childhood. What did mum said to you on the lu ? How does a conscouis oral phase affect the sickness ? Exspecially the case of child abuse helped me a lot. I'm feeling much better now, not hearing voices anymore etc.
Is this in line with propper treatment ? Cases you know ?
Psychosis forums where treatment with pills are discussed, didn't help much.
But Freud did.

There is no known active treatment for schizophrenia. Freudian psychoanalysis is certainly not an effective treatment, and drug treatments are meant only to control symptoms with as few side effects as possible, not cure. It's likely that you are going through a period of few symptoms that coincided with your discovery of Freud, or that you're getting better on your own - symptoms tend to decrease with age.
