Treatment of ADHD

Singularly, stimulant medication is the most efficient and cost effective method of treating ADHD. There are various methods of treatment which usually involve some combination of medications, behaviour modifications, life style changes, and counseling. Behavioral Parent Training, behavior therapy aimed at parents to help them understand ADHD, has also shown short term benefits.There are some medicines have chamicals like Omega-3 fatty acids, phosphatidylserine, zinc and magnesium which benefits the ADHD symptoms to an extent.

ADHD, well the best treatment for it is discipline. My parents beat the ADHD out of me when I was younger. It works like magic! I am cured! I suggest parents try this method out as well, the results are great.  :D
