treatment of depression in Primary Care

for those interested i have found this site which has information about depression including clinical guidlines and case sutdies of treatment of depression in primary care.

US equivelant of primary care

Honestly, I'm not quite sure.  I've never used a civilian health care.  I use military medical care -- we have our own mental health clinic, primary care (for everything else), dental, and specialty clinics.
