Hello,
This is my first post,so I might misplaced the thread.
I have the following problem: Let's say I go to bed at midnight.I wake up at 7-8 and I am completely fresh,I could start my day,but instead.. I wonder in the bed sometimes until 12 AM,trying to sleep but trying to sleep so I could waste more time

This happens even if I have something exciting that I will do that day. I don't know what happens,I just think something like: 8 am ? to early to start my day.
