How long have you had those symptoms and for how many hours /day ?

feeling lazy and unmotviated can be caused through depression. feeling depressed and having negative thoughts are big indications of depression. if you go to your doctor you will be given anti-depressants which may or may not work and can be difficult to come off. changing your lifestyle is hard work but it is the best thing you can do when you feel this way, eat healthy food and dont do drugs or alcohol drink fresh water and fruit juices, eat oily fish and fruit/veg, less sweets and junk food. try getting outside as much as you can. get in touch with nature and start building yourself up towards taking some exercise. exercise is the best naturally produced anti-depressant, when you exercise your body produces serotonin and dopamine which makes you feel better naturally. your adrenalin will increase and you will have more and more energy as you get more into it.

You are feeling depressed. Some people do go through that stage though they may not talk about it. Do not worry. If you believe in GOD, then, I think that it will be good for you to pray. It helps to have faith in GOD...gives you a positive feeling...get some tele-counselling from support groups...Sorry, I do not know the names...or you could talk to any of your close friend or family members...

If you can, read some motivational books...it helps...The important is to create the positive feeling...do not worry. be happy...remember the song?

Did someone told you that you're a good for nothing or something negative? When I was young my dad always gives negative comments about me so I lost confidence in whatever I do. I can't even regain my strength in doing things that are new to me. I always feel like I can't do it up until now it's still on my head.  :-[

Depression is a tricky game. (To be clear...I'm not saying you have depression.) In general, it's easy to treat. Yet the depression itself prevents you from seeking and using these treatments. For example, excessive sleep fosters depression which makes you want to sleep more :-(

One of the first things they ask you when you seek help is about your sleep, diet, relationships, finances, etc. These are basic life issues. Often making these items "right" will resolve or at least lessen ate the depression.

But this is not something to be take lightly. Help is readily available through social services. You may have to work hard to get help (and that can be particularly challenging when you are depressed) but please seek assistance. I've not met anyone who can make it through this world alone.

Can you hold said negativity in your hand?  No?  But it still is real, or feels as such.  This is what makes these matters difficult for most people.  These "anchors" are not things that we can go and "beat up" or call names.  They must be met at a different level.  Unfortunately, I must assign others to the task of elucidating the practice end of this comment.  Peace be with you.
