What is wrong with me?

I am finding recently that I am very nervous about going out. I feel really relaxed when I am at home, but if I have to leave the house, I feel really anxious until I get home again. I find that it is only at home that I feel truly relaxed.

Is this normal, or am I starting to suffer from some sort of anxiety disorder?

i dont hink anything is wrong with you ...its just that you want to remain at home which you are not doing enough........but i am not the best person to comment or guide you on this {infact i am the worst one} you should consult a doctor

It's ok if this only happened to you once in a week or month, but if this situation getting worse, you might want to go for a check.

For your information, I used to be a former "Crowd fear" or "Crowd Phobophobia" patient. I'll starting to become extremely wory and nervous, when I'm found myself located in a big crowd. Sometimes, I can't even breathe at all...

If you have the above symptoms, you better go for a check up as soon as possible.

Its in your mind you make yourself feel that way because of something that happened. Just get over it you make yourself feel worse and worse the more you think of it there is nothing wrong with you.
