In the state of anxiet it becomes very difficult to see things objectively...for
the emotions are equally active....
Being a psychologist from the east by major focus would be on easter philosophy.
Mediation n yoga does give long term cure.....
when ever u have thoughts which u realize our irrational or not related to the work at hand....
try to obseve it let it pass of slowly without reacting to it.
there are many ways to relax...experimenting n taking wht suites u is the core.
Never give up ...u always have to be there by ur side, as a friend
