Adoption and Fetal Health
« on: April 14, 2011, 08:16:04 PM »
Imagine that you and your spouse are planning to adopt a child. A lawyer specializing in adoption, and her associate, a social worker, tell you about a women due to deliver in a few months who has agreed to release the infant for adoption. Like any expectant parent you are concerned about the health of the fetus. What questions do you ask the lawyer and social worker and why? What, if anything, will the answers tell you?
