magic and charms
« on: June 03, 2009, 04:57:26 PM »
Some people believe in using magical charms, seeing mediums, etc

Only recently, someone I know went to see a medium(followed her friend!) and asked about me.....the medium told that i am busy tapping away at my laptop until late at night(even up to early morning hours!). I was doing such a thing at that time. It was really creepy. How do you think the person did that?I was advised not to do so...have enough sleep, etc...

I think that if an object holds emotional and mental significance to a person it will respond well as a magic charm.  The person will be much more prone to notice experiences which are in accord with the purpose of the amulet anyways.

so, is that how the person predicted what i was doing at night?it is sort of creepy to know that someone whom you have never met knows what you are up to esp. at night.. :o

Prophecies like these tend to rely on probabilities. So if you are in the prediction business: make a lot of predictions relying on probabilities. Your mistakes tend to be forgotten, and your correct predictions tend to be remembered making you a medium.

Nah, that would be a poor prediction.  I was only referring to the "magic charm" part of your question.
