For a couple of years now I've been getting random pains everywhere. Most notable are pains in the back right side of my head. I get chest pains, throat pain, stomach pain, nausea, ear pain, and every now and then a finger or a leg or something will twitch for a bit.
All of these happen totally randomly. Seen a doctor about the throat and he said it's healthy. Dentist hasn't spotted anything either.
Any ideas? I'm worrying a lot about this!
