please help!

Im a 21 year old guy and today I went for my pill check. The nurse did my blood pressure and said its very high (160)and that of a 60 year old.
For the past year I have also noticed I am often very tired and struggle to stay up past 10:30.
I am overweight (13st) and am trying to sort it out.
I also have a heart mumur.

Im very worried now. could this all be linked and could i have something really wrong with me?

please help
