POEM: Focused

Focused
--------------
A peasant of man walks over the grass.
He is also a saint; Leo on the horizon.
He walks, always in one direction,
Unable to cease;
Moving to meet his Lady.

1. "The unadorned feet of Isis' morning
Do not trample to change the sacred Way.
She keeps the blessings of water and crystal
And things of beauty under her sway.

2. "Then, at once being encrowned, both pure and regal,
He stood on the slit of the shore.
Basking in the glow of Her kiss,
Together they fell into the holy rapture of equilibrium.
Him, a meager peasant, and his Lady,
Shedding no light of That from within;
Feeding that light from the Crown of their Love.
Then came the night which isn't pure...

3. "Formless Eternity swept Her paps his way,
And while this new day awoke on him,
Isis, exalted, remained still,
And alone and stricken he wept upon the water.
Stripped to rot upon the dawn.
Left to lay on a summer day.

4. "Until once again he can steady the sky,
He will lay there in the sand and cry.
Blessed and bright as the form of thy soul,
The indelible stain of Her love extolled.
Beneath Her the yawning chasm of Knowledge
Awaits him for his climb out again."

Entangled was a CNA working in psychiatric hospital for many years, and enjoyed taking to people.  Since then, he has studied psychology and sociology and has been a patient himself with OCD, anxiety and depresssion...

If you want to...you can publish online.  You're a great poet...I write poetry...I like what you write.  Doesn't cost anything...and you get all the copy writes...from one poet to another?

You might get more exposure.  IF interested...Pm me... I know a great sight!
