The Dawn of Sapphires

Why do I breathe in the Summer
When Summer doesn't breathe for me no more
Black cherry sky steal my mind
Away from you and the things that I do
But who ever said that this life comes for free
Without tragedy to flavor the day

Intense, the light
Shining brightly to blind me
No shelter behind me
To guide me as
I stagger along with a song
But it don't right any wrong

I just want to long for the Summer

Grey colored rings bring up things
I forgot to say on that day
When your soul flew away
But who ever knows

Pretense, my charade
