Somebody watching you!

What is the word or phrase used to describe the experience of feeling that someone is watching you or staring at you and when you turn around, you find out that this is exactly what is happening?

yeah i would like to know, also. an experience of mine was a friend and i were heading back to our tent while camping. and we were just about to go inside and we heard something about 20 feet in front of us. i got the chills like iv never had them before. i knew it was watching us.

For me, it was an actual person.  I could feel something and when I turned around, this guy was standing there staring at me.  It kind of freaked me out.  I don't know how long he was there, but he stared at me for a few more seconds and then walked away.  I could sense something, but wasn't sure what it was.  When I turned around to look behind me, there he was.  It was very creepy.
