honors psychology class on the high school level

I am currently teaching  college prep and advanced placement classes in psychology at the high school level. I want to start up a honors course. I am stuck in coming up with a new or fresh approach to this. I was wondering if any one out there has started one and how they made it different...any and all help would be welcome!
