This girl who came for help

I have this girl who has come to me for help ,she is on substance abuse.She has general risk taking tenancies college drop out .I need to know what are the right tests to conduct on her .I am gonna make her give an older version of the 16PF Questionnaire I have here but i dont know how outdated it is.She has had a lot of issues with relationships her boyfriend dumped her for another girl she has not dated since then has had a lot of sexual activity since then and i have given her therapy but i wont be able to understand properly until i do some good testing probably behavioural patterns and thinking patterns need to be identified.What do you suggest
