Confusion, and Anxiety?
« on: July 24, 2010, 02:00:13 AM »
I like a guy and he likes me as a friend or so he says. He acts like more though. My friend says me worry about it so much is giving me anxiety and I'm wondering if the pain in my side could be related.

So you're asking what exactly...?

Is it a physical pain or a psychological one?  Anxiety regarding the unknown can manifest as either, if one is so susceptible.  You need to ask yourself, in perfect love and perfect trust (!), if this is a guy you are interested in being friends with or more than friends with.  The next step is going to be conveying your decision onto him, either immediately and directly or gradually and subtly.  That part is up to you.  Good luck.

Could it possibly be caused by anxiety?  Yes.  Could it be caused by a multitude of other things?  Yes.  It's pretty much impossible to say with such limited info.

When did the onset of the pain occur?  Before or after your issues with the guy?

Well, yeah.  The professional term for it is psychosomatic.  I just append that to my reply because you say that you someday hope to help kids.  I pray for your knowledge...

um your proberbly reading way to much into it. the guy may like but if he dosen't act on it so what find someone else. and any pain should be checked out by a doctor i speak from experience there.

The doctor said she couldn't find anything and sent me to a hospital. Again Nothing.
